AWAKE welcomes volunteers and there is a broad spectrum of opportunities. We partner with Western Carolina University to host interns almost every semester. Also, AWAKE is honored to be adopted by Sigma Phi Epsilon, a W.C.U. fraternity, for the past two years and they have served many volunteer capacities from hosting their own fundraisers to serving as waiters at Pop a Cork. Sig Ep have been so integral with their compassion and dedication to our mission, AWAKE Board of Directors voted to include the Sig Ep President or his designee as a nonvoting AWAKE Board Member.
